Naveen Andrews took birth in London, England. His mother Nirmala, is a psychologist, and father Stanley Andrews, is a businessman. His parents hail from Kerala, India and they later moved to London, England. Eventually, Naveen grew up in Wandsworth, South London. Naveen Andrews joined Emanuel School and at 16, he fell in love with Geraldine Feakins, his mathematics teacher. He shares a son, named Jaisal, with her, born in 1992.
Discovering his interest in acting, Andrews decided to give auditions for drama school. His acting journey reached at its first milestone when he got accepted at London’s Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
