Elizabeth Mitchell renowned for enacting the character of Juliet on Lost is all set to play a part in another promising show entitled, “V” TV series. The upcoming drama is supposed to be a sci-fi themed TV show based on a miniseries of same name. The before said miniseries was aired decades back in year 1983. I am excited to have a peek at this actress in a different avatar. I know millions of fans of this stunning beauty must be sharing my emotion.
“V “series is expected to premiere on ABC on November 3, 2009. Wow! Isn’t this exciting news for all the fans of Lost and this extraordinary beauty with heavenly magnificence?

Of course it is. When I came across this information, I was eager to dig deep to grab as many details as possible. This is what I managed .Elizabeth Mitchell will be enacting Erica Evans in her new show. And above all let me reveal to you that Erica is supposed to be the main protagonist in “V “series.
The show’s plotline will revolve around tussle between evil aliens and the humans. When Elizabeth Mitchell was asked to explain her character, she came up with following reply, “We find her in a pretty determined and unhappy mental state. But she’s still being a mother. I was [thinking about] female archetypes last night and I realized that the two I relate to the most are the hero and the mother. So you’re basically talking about Hera and Athena. You’ve got your warrior goddess and then you’ve got this person who is just incredibly defensive of her child…. I never really had any thoughts of doing anyone harm until I had a child.”
Well, this seems to be an out an out scoop. Anyways, it is very vital to have faith in your talent and abilities. To give real feel to the character, it’s very vital to step into its shoes.
Let’s hope she continues to portray complex roles with utmost conviction. After all, she possesses unrivaled acting prowess.

Isn’t the title of the post pretty confusing? Yeah… it’s if you didn’t watch the season opener episode of fifth season of ‘Lost’ TV show. You know what I best like about Lost is that its bag is always full of surprises. Four years have passed since ‘Lost’ premiere and it still has the guts to make me surprised! Throughout the run of series, we’ve been so familiar with the characters and the storyline and the Island also, but still every episode makes me realize that I am nothing more than a newbie! Cool man…

As we all know, Lost has begun its journey with fifth season, after ruling the ABC Network for four successful seasons. Opening the new season was the episode entitled ‘Because You Left’… the way I entitled my post! Wholly, it was the eighty fourth episode of the show. Okay, let’s go and have a review:
In this episode, we saw that the remaining survivors of the Island started feeling the effects of the backwashes of moving to the island. Meanwhile, Jack and Ben began their pursuit to reunite Oceanic 6. Their intentions were to return to the island with Locke’s body in order to save their fellow castaways. This episode was aired on January 21, 2009 and received 13.316 million American viewers. ‘Because You Left’ really gave a finicky start to ‘Lost’ season 5 and I guess, upcoming episodes would surely follow the trend set by the season opener.

Well, as much I know about the ‘Lost’ season 5 is that the season would follow two timelines. The first would take place on the Island where we would see the remaining survivors unpredictably jumping through time and the second would take place off the island.
It was nice to see that the show has begun with a bang…. Things have been reinvented and storyline is adjusting very well with the theme of time-traveling. Hey buddies….. Lost is back with a brand new and very promising season… Don’t miss any of the upcoming episodes of ‘Lost’ Season 5!

The weekly, hour-long drama series Lost began at a point that in any other case may have been an ending: a passenger jet, crashing on an uncharted Pacific Ocean.

At that stage, each survivor was given a choice to live together or die alone Among the survivors were, Dr. Jack Shephard, fugitive Kate Ryan, rock star Charlie Pace, the reclusive and mysterious John Locke, hot-tempered and self-serving James “Sawyer”, chauvinistic Korean husband Jin Kwon, his much-put-upon wife, resourceful former Iraqi Republican Guard Sayid, estranged siblings Shannon Rutherford and Boone Carlisle, dad Michael Dawson, and very pregnant Aussie Claire Littleton. The island is treacherous and it holds many secrets and the survivors quickly learn they must band together in order to have any hope of rescue. Jack, Kate, and Sawyer have been captured by the mysterious ‘others’ forced to live in their campsite, they learn more of the island’s secrets and realize their enemies have an agenda all of their own. Meanwhile, Locke is brought back into communion with the island as it wraps him closer into its own insidious plot. Adding to the suspense, was the apparent presence of a person not on the passenger list, who seemed determined to bump off the hapless castaways one by one, and a mysterious, terrifying yet unseen monster-like creature. The show has announced it will run for three more seasons of 16 episodes and end in 2010. The show has become an international success and the fact that the viewer has no clue as to what is going on seems to have become its biggest appeal.
