In this episode, Eloise Hawking guides Oceanic six to go back to the island. Whereas, Ajira airways Flight 316 was boarded by Hurley, Jack, Kate, Sun, Ben and Sayid.
Frank Lapidus was the pilot of the flight. He was accompanied by Locke’s body. Then suddenly a white light appeared and Jin came to know that Jack, Kate and Hurley were there on the island again
