In the year 1977, Sawyer organizes everything for Jack, Kate and Hurley so that they could bond with Dharma Initiatives. Jin finds Sayid and pressurizes him to act as if he is someone else and had been incarcerated by Dharma.
Then it was shown that through Christian Shephard, Sun and Frank become aware of the fact that the survivors were entrapped somewhere in the past.
