In the year 1977, Sayid declines the proposal to collaborate with Sawyer and in the meantime, a Dharma Initiative associate vote to execute Sayid.
Then Sayid was freed by a twelve year Ben. Conversely, Sayid shoots Ben afterwards. And after all this, in a flash back it was shown that Sayid was wedged by Ilana. Ilana was appointed to capture and take him to Guam.
